Once, I was in the mood to make some raw  tomato soup on a very hot summer day and I didn't want to do any cooking. I wanted a creamy soup but I didn't have the soaked cashews ready.  Then I remembered I had a ripe avocado in the fridge. I took the risk and was really surprised with the rich tasting outcome. The avocado doesn’t leave any of its taste in the soup because it has a neutral characteristic. It is only an agent to make it creamier and lighter. The tomatoes and other seasonings play a bigger role in this soup by making it rich and delicious. You can use herbs and spices as per your taste and also create other versions of this recipe. When you eat raw vegetables and fruits, vitamins and enzymes are untouched. This makes the dish a lot healthier and nutritious. I love the way it tasted, much more than I thought I would. Try it and you'll be surprised how amazing it is!

Creamy Butternut Squash Ginger Soup


A simple, and delicious creamy soup with butternut squash, cashews and a pinch of ginger for a special touch.This combination was a great hit here. The result was a really special flavor soup and we all love it.Ginger is optional, if you’re not much of a fan, don’t use it. Great tasting gluten free, soy and dairy free cheese.This is another way to use the remaining pulp from homemade nut milk. In this case, I used the pulp from hazelnut milk and created a very nice creamy cheese. I seasoned with smoked paprika flakes, dehydrated parsley and freshly grounded pepper.


Cocoa Chia Seed Pudim

This is a delicious way to eat chia seeds. Raw creammy, sugar-free pudding with a touch of chocolate flavor due to the cocoa powder.Tasty and healthy, it's easy and fast to make. I’ve already made some other chia puddings using the whole seeds, but this time I blended them for a change and it was really good. You should give it a try.

This is an excelente vegan mayonnaise alternative. So easy to make, also tasty and healthy. If you're not a fan of soy based substitutes, cashews are a great alternative to make mayonnaise because when they're soaked, they blend up better than any other nuts. This mayo is perfect for sandwiches, veggie burguers, salads and more.

I’m always searching for alternatives to substitute industrialized products and to make everything homemade-style. I keep everything simple, cost-effective and healthy. This recipe really surprised me, the outcome was much better than I expected. This is a raw, sugar-free, oil-free homemade ketchup made with organic tomatoes.
